We have made sure that each resident will feel comfortable and totally at ease, secure in the knowledge that the help and assistance that may be needed are always close at hand. We want to make sure that we have only the best serving you and your family. All our employees must share a special heart-warming attitude for older adults. This includes a naturally warm smile and friendly voice, as well as the professional skills needed to perform their job.
My mother, Frances Black, has been a client at Seymour Southern Comforts for five years. Priscilla Seymour has been a true blessing in my family’s life. She has shown so much compassion toward my mother. She truly puts extra effort in caring for the clients.

At Seymour Southern Comforts, we provide trained geriatric nursing assistants who offer personalized assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming. Medications are monitored to assure that correct dosages are taken by all residents prescribed, and that refills are obtained on a timely basis. Respite care is obtainable upon availability which may be used as a result of short-term, temporary illness or injury.
Three nutritious home-cooked meals are prepared daily by our skilled cooks with the guidance of our dietician. Special diets are available for a reasonable extra charge. In addition, our in-house beauty / barber shop is staffed weekly with a hair care professional to give that added touch we all enjoy.
